Lady Gaga.........Carnivore???
Do you like Lady Gaga? Do you like unicorns? Well, what better way to have both then by creating a painting of the two together. This sounds sweet, no? You may change your opinion after looking at this. Apparently, artist Rose Briccetti took up the task to paint a picture of pop star Lady Gaga devouring a unicorn carcass with blood around her mouth as an answer to a request from Helen Killer who wanted someone to paint the image. This is just too awesome to describe. It's very creative and just too funny when I look at the image. Even though the idea is very bizarre, the painting is very well done. Of the many images of Lady Gaga I don't think I ever imagined her 1. with a unicorn and 2. eating it. I would love to see comments from fans who saw this.

If you watch a lot of TV then you may have seen several Old Spice commercials about smelling like the man you could be. These are pretty short commercials, but they are very creative and funny. I believe all of these commercials star Isaiah Mustafa, a former player in the NFL. These are so creative, it amazes me how the creators of these commercials came up with the ideas for them. These commercials have become extremely popular. There are several of the commercials on YouTube as well as remakes and even a remix. Check out the article and videos.

Fred has his own show
When I hear the name Fred who do I think of? Since I only know one person named Fred i immediately think of the YouTube star Fred. If you have ever watched one of his videos you'll 1. sorry he wasted your time and 2. you may agree with me when you ask how is he popular. His series is probably one of the few that has more dislikes than likes and has a lot of views that are in the millions. The main age viewers are 13-17, so I can see how younger kids could find his show entertaining. Anyway, I came across an article on Tubefilter that says that he is going to get his own show on the popular Nickelodeon called Marvin, Marvin. This will probably not only be hit but also it will be one of dumbest shows out there. Nick has be down the drain in my opinion in terms of show quality. They were amazing in the 90's then they started to go south after the first couple of seasons of SpongeBob except for Avatar which was one of my favorite shows; then it ended it three seasons. Marvin, Marvin will just be another crappy show. Too bad Nick can't bring back shows from the old ole days; if they did that I would watch those shows all day.

Surround Sound Headphones
I'm always wearing headphones. Whether it be for listening to music , to watch videos, or to be polite, it seems that I wear headphones a lot. My headphones are pretty decent considering I bought them for an inexpensive price, but could there be headphones that are just so amazing that it seems like you have a homer theater system in your head. According to a Wired article, here are some of the nicest headphones with amazing sound. Man, would I like to buy one of these, yet the prices aren't the cheapest. The lowest on their small list is $199. I'm pretty sure you can get a pair of Bose for $149. It still isn't cheap, but they're very good quality. I may have to just start to save up to get one of these, and see for myself if it's like an entire theater in my head.

Satan vs. Jesus
Ever what it would be like if Satan and Jesus fought. It is now possible to see this for real. Well now you can with through a new video game. No I'm not joking, but this is not a fight for the fate of the people but rather an epic battle to get laid. This is wrong on so many levels that I ask myself who in their right mind would make a game like this, but I have to admit this sounds too funny and stupid that I would like to see the game in action. Well I just took a five minute break from writing this entry to go search for the game. It is available to play on newgrounds.com. It's very guitar-hero like in game play. You battle as Jesus or Satan while a skimpy girl in only underwear moans as you keep scoring (no pun intended). I guess you'll just have to play and see if you win.
Here's a link to the game
WARNING: There's no nudity, but just language that could sound as if you're on a different kind of site. Not work/school friendly.

Squirrels and Zebras
I was on BoingBoing and found an article about former VP of game publishing at Microsoft created the popular xbox game Halo for the Atari 2600. when I first read this I thought this can't be real, but lo and behold there really is a Halo game for the console. I looked up videos on YouTube and saw several videos of actual game play. All I have to say is if I had an Atari console I would play it. Sure the graphics and story line have been reduced tremendously but hey it still looks awesome. If you're wondering about the title watch the video and you'll get it.

Shut up grandma!!
Ok so I'm sure a lot of people has seen the movie Transformers. Well, if you can remember there's a seen where Rachael Taylor - the blonde Australian girl who by the way is smokin' hot in this video-goes to her friends house played by Anthony Anderson. Well during their discussions the guy's grandma liked to frequently interrupt these two. He blatantly tells his grandma to shut up. If you haven't guessed people now started to use this line in remixes of this video. Here's the first original scene and followed by some remixes. Although at first these are funny, and only about moderately funny, these get repetitive and a bit annoying. You be the judge.

A fail remix
A decent one and a bit creative
Probably my favorite since it made me laugh the most out of all of these videos, plus I like Pokémon.
Laugh out loud...Cat
I came across this video while on Tubefilter. I think it's pretty funny. It's simple, but hey it was interesting. I think it's pretty cool how it's kind of realistic in the sense of animal behavior. I'm no cat person, but after reading some of the comments it seems that Simon, the creator, tries to incorporate realistic feel to it. I think it would be interesting to watch the interaction between a real cat and bird in the snow. Obviously they wouldn't throw snowballs at each other-which would insane to see if they somehow did-but it doesn't mean that it wouldn't be interesting to watch. Animals are cool how they act somewhat stupid, but they rock at the same time.

Starcraft holds up to anticipation
After a very long eleven-year wait, it looks like Starcraft fans are finally able to play Starcraft II. Now I have never played this game, but I kind of wish I did. It's funny though because I remember when I was a bit younger I would go over to one of my friend's house and I remember sometimes he would play this video game but I never knew what it was call, yet I can remember the game play very well. Well, about a week ago I finally realized that he was playing Starcraft after looking videos of the original Starcraft game play. If only i could have know back then I probably would have bought it and would have been waiting for the new game like so many others. However, I don't know if I would want to play this since you need to pay a subscription fee. I don't need another subscription to pay for I already have World of Warcraft, and if it is as addicting as WoW then say good bye to good grades. From many reviews, it looks like the game is holding up. All I can do now is hear how it is.

Glasses...who needs them
When it comes to the third-dimension what to do you think? You may think about moving pictures that you can see that seem like pop out of the screen, and of course none of this is quite possible without wearing those specialized 3-D glasses. Look like that may be a thing in the past for Sony because the company developed technology that allows not only 3d games but also to play them without having to play them without the need of glasses. This is crazy how technology is advancing. It was about fifteen years maybe a little less since games were changing for two dimensional to three-dimensional. But we're not only talking just regular 3D but we're talking about a game that that will be bring the more realism into game play, a game that looks like the characters are that much closer to the player. Image Mario jumping towards you as if you could give him a hi-five. Nintendo plans to release their Nintendo 3DS, which also has this technology, sometime at the end of the year. This seems to cool, and I definitely will be wanting to buy it.

Time Extension?
I'm there are lot of people who go on YouTube, and find a video that has to take up more than one video upload because of YouTube's ten-minute upload policy. Well, that may change soon. According to this article I found off of boingboing.net YouTube could change their upload limit from ten minutes to fifteen minutes. Now I've never uploaded anything on YouTube, but I have edited videos before, and I must say it is not easy. Knowing that there would be a longer time limit, I would be pretty glad since let's say I make an hour-long video then I wouldn't need to edit as much nor upload as many videos. This is also pretty cool for people who put movies on the site. Now, we may only need to watch five or six videos to watch the movie we decided instead of the nine or ten videos. This is beneficial for the creator and the viewer. Overall this seems like this would be a good move on YouTub's part. Hopefully it will happen.

This is Sparta!
I'm guessing a lot of people have seen the movie 300. Well if you haven't you may want to go watch it. Now, the movie itself is very good and I would highly recommend it, yet the most awesome things are the edits and remixes people do to scenes. The most notable, I think, being a techno remix of King Leonidas' famous line "This is Sparta!" Who knew that a simple line would become a huge sensation online as well as a decent techno song. What makes these remixes fun to watch are not only the actual song but also the video along with it. Some of these videos are pretty funny since most of the time it's just Leonidas' head placed on random people's bodies or objects. So I recommend watching the movie first - or at least the original scene first - because this is AWESOME!

Game On
I just watched a nice video off of the tubefilter news website about a music video from the web series 'The Guild.' I must say I had a good laugh through the entire video. It's quite catchy and it really makes me want to play some video games as well as go rent some Bollywood films. I've never watched this show, but if the show is like this video - funny, musical, and of course about video games - then it looks like there's a new thing to look up on YouTube.
